Thank you for your interest in our services here at Wilkens Trailers and its subsidiaries.
To better serve your needs, we request that the following credit application and credit agreement be completed in its entirety. This credit application & credit agreement will be for establishing a line of credit to be utilized solely for parts, service or rentals and will not provide any line of credit to be applied towards new or used trailer purchases.

This Credit Appliction asks for general information about you or the company for which you are requesting credit to be granted. Upon completion of this form, simply click on the submit button and your secured information will be processed.

NOTE: The Authorization for Release must be checked for the application to be submitted. Any financial statements that coincide with this application can be forward to Wilkens Trailers.

ALSO NOTE: The Credit Agreement must also be filled out, signed, and returned to Wilkens - Bethel, PA before a line of credit will be issued.

The following 2 forms must also be submitted to complete your application for a Line of Credit with Wilkens Trailers.

The Credit Agreement, is an agreement and understanding of our billing process. Note that the person signing as Debtor is the one who agrees that charges were made on the account. The Guarantor is the one who is personally liable for the payment should the Debtor fail to pay (either owner or co-owner). If the Guarantor is someone other than the Debtor & Guarantor the second signature line must also be signed. This form requires a signature. Please print, sign and return this form to Wilkens Trailers.

If you are tax exempt, please fill in the sales tax number box and fill in the Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate. This form requires a signature. Upon completion of this form, please print, sign and return to Wilkens Trailers.
